We do not have any ready made abayas available. Once an order is placed, fabric is bought from the market and customized as per the customer’s request.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We gladly accept exchanges under the following terms:

If you receive an incorrect item due to an error from our team (such as a wrong size or color), we will be happy to exchange it for the correct one.

If the wrong size was selected when placing your order, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition — including tags and packaging — and must be sent back within 10 days of receiving the order.

Please note that we do not accept exchanges or returns due to a change of mind, and all sales are final.
